How To Get There
How to get there The main gateway for St Vincent is Barbados with connecting charter services on Mustique Airways or SVG Air. LIAT also offer daily scheduled services to the island. Flying time from Barbados is 35-50 minutes. Alternatively SVG Air offer connecting services from/to St Lucia Hewanorra Airport. Note: A brand new development – Argyle International Airport – is scheduled to open on St. Vincent by the end of 2015. Watch this space for more details! Location An eight minute drive from ET Joshua Airport, St Vincent Airport to Young Island dock plus a further 3 minute ferry ride to the island. A 20 minute taxi ride from the capital Kingstown. Young Island is a 35-acre triangular shaped island, 200 yards off the southern coast of St Vincent. It rises gradually to an altitude of about 150ft above sea level.

Superior Cottages – Located near the beach or low on the hillside, these cottages are either individual or interconnecting to accommodate families. They have a king size bed or two twins, with cottage style decor and sea views. There is an open-air garden shower, private patio, mini-fridge, hair dryer, safe, ceiling fans and tea/coffee maker.
Deluxe Cottages – More spacious with a sitting area or larger private patio. Cottage style decor with a king size bed and sea view, open-air garden shower, mini-fridge, hair dryer, safe, ceiling fans and tea/coffee maker.
Luxury Cottages – Full suites with a master bedroom and king size bed, separate sitting room and plunge pool. Some are beachside and some on the hill with great views. Duvernette Suite – A two-bedroom cottage with spacious living and dining areas, full air conditioning and a commanding position high on the hillside with views out over the islands. A decking area surrounded the cottage with furnishings and a small infinity pool.

Outdoor Dining Kiosks – A great al fresco atmosphere, these kiosks can be configured to seat couples for a candlelit romantic evening, or to cater for larger groups. Right by the beach with gardens all around.
Coconut Bar – Swim-up to the Coconut Bar to quench your first with one of the signature cocktails, all using fresh local and authentic ingredients. Located in the sea just a short swim from the beach, it is open from 11am to 5pm.

Breakfast: 7.00am to 10am
Lunch: 12.30pm to 2.30pm – à la carte 5 days a week. Barbecue buffet style lunch on Tuesday and local curry buffet lunch on Sunday.
Dinner: 7.00pm to 10.00pm – 4-course meal is served five nights a week. Local buffet dinner on Wednesday and barbecue and buffet dinner on Saturday.

Spa at Young Island
Spa Kalina – a mini-spa which sits amongst the tropical foliage on the hillside of Young Island, and offers a selection of pamperings including massages, Indian head massage, manicures, pedicures, reflexology, facials, waxing and aromatherapy. Massage treatments start at approximately US $90 for an hour, and various packages are also available.
Their line of products from Earth Mother Botanicals, are made from natural ingredients including cane sugar and sea salt body scrubs, ylang ylang hydrating cream, vanilla bean body lotion, guava seed foot scrub and mint cool foot lotion. Young Island’s excellent therapist is from St Vincent with extensive experience.
