Nestled amongst the tropical foliage of the exclusive Leamington Estate, this lovely and charming little cottage forms the perfect accompaniment to the main house, and can be rented separately or together to add additional space for guests.
Full self-contained, Leamington Cottage is close to Speightstown and provides the perfect base for exploring all that the island has to offer, while remaining perfectly secluded and incredibly romantic at the same time.
The beach and reef at the front of the property provide a great place to relax in the sunshine or go for a swim and explore the marine life in the crystal clear waters. The beach area is found to the south and north of the cottage.
As with the main house, the cottage comes fully-equipped and staffed with daily housekeeping. A perfect property for couples or those travelling on their own, Leamington Cottage is a stunning little villa in a great location.
Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors.
The one spacious bedroom at the cottage is air conditioned and has twin beds that can be pushed together into a king size. The adjoining en-suite has a tub and shower and double vanity unit. There also a separate powder room on the property.
There is a private entrance and driveway separate from the main Leamington Pavilion. There is a large and well-appointed sitting/dining area which opens out on two sides onto a lovely dining terrace that is uncovered and great for relaxing by the plunge pool. The views from the terrace range from the pool out onto the beach and the sparkling Caribbean Sea beyond.
There is a cook/housekeeper on the premises who will ensure all your needs are catered for.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
