Bombay Club
Discover the Perfect Blend.  With a unique collection of intriguing, flavorful dishes, Bombay Club is the go-to place for scenic views, great times, and exotic fare. The mere mention of the city of Bombay conjures up images of ancient open-air markets buzzing with activity that heightens the senses—tables laden with shimmering silks, racks hung with geometrically patterned rugs, gleaming silver and copper vessels and, at the heart of it all, baskets overflowing with a multi-hued array of aromatic Indian spices, like cardamom, chili peppers, ginger, coriander, saffron and nutmeg.

Butch’s Chophouse
Discover a Cut Above the Rest. Since that fateful day Sandals Resorts’ Chairman opened his first resort, the name Gordon “Butch” Stewart has been synonymous with high-quality, luxury destinations. Making its debut against the stunningly beautiful Grenadian backdrop, our first-ever steakhouse, Butch’s Chophouse, serves up only the highest quality grain-fed Midwestern beef, hand-selected from top quality Black Angus and Wagyu steers.

Café de Paris
Discover a Little Bit of Paris in the Caribbean. Like the elegant patisseries that line the narrow cobbled streets of Paris, the first impression of Caf&ecute; de Paris is cozy and familiar – small bistro tables with umbrellas set at jaunty angles line the terrasse, leading up to a stuccoed facade with tall, arched French doors. As you enter Caf&ecute; de Paris, aromas of freshly baked pastries and Blue Mountain coffee linger in the air; a welcome greeting that beckons you in. Behind a counter laden with sweet breads, croissants, cakes and much, much more, one friendly server makes espresso and specialty coffee while the other prepares the crêpes. The temptation to devour one of everything is almost too great to resist until you remember that Caf&ecute; de Paris is open all day, every day, so you can stop in and relax with a cup of coffee and a croissant whenever you like.

Dino’s Pizzeria
Discover a Little Slice of Heaven When Sandals first decided to open a brick oven pizzeria, Dino Cavallo, a master pizza chef from Naples, Italy, was appointed to train Sandals chefs to make the most authentic Italian pizzas. He did such a great job that the pizzeria is named after him – and the rest is history.

Merry Monkey
Discover the Heart of England in Barbados. Paying homage to the world-famous British pub comes Sandals Barbados’ own Merry Monkey Pub. Down a pint of Newcastle Brown as you indulge in British gastro pub fare. With cozy traditional décor you’ll feel as if you’ve ventured across the Atlantic and entered into another reality completely. Pubs are most certainly fundamental to British culture. Samuel Pepys, famous for his detailed 17th century writings, even described pubs as the ‘heart of England.’

Follow the tantalizing aroma of exotic spices and perfectly grilled delights to Kimono’s, a vibrant restaurant that serves up Japanese cuisine in a most captivating way. Kimono’s boasts mouthwatering cuisine prepared by skillful chefs who entertain with cookery tricks right before your very eyes!

Discover the Liguria Region of Italy. Italy’s fabled resort town of Portofino in the northern region of Liguria has long been a seaside playground of the rich and famous, lured there by lush green hills that cascade into azure Mediterranean waters. As evidence of Portofino’s rich culinary culture, al fresco eateries with excellent cuisine and grand vistas abound. At Portofino’s restaurant the warm, open-air atmosphere and the tantalizing scents of Ligurian cuisine wafting from the open exhibition kitchen offer up an authentic taste and feel of this idyllic seaside town.

Discover Undeniable Allure. Indulge in the elegant backdrop, caressing sea breeze, and the exotic cuisine of Schooners, an extraordinary restaurant specializing in Barbadian-influenced seafood where guests enjoy seaside terrace dining and cool, nautical themed decor. In Colonial times, schooners were fast, nimble ships employed in privateering, blockade running and, most commonly, fishing. With its colonial villa setting close to the sea, Schooners possesses an undeniable allure along with the best of the fisherman’s catch prepared in Barbadian styles every day.

Soy Sushi Bar
Discover Elegant Balance. There’s nothing quite like the dining experience at Soy Sushi Bar, a quaint restaurant tucked behind bamboo fronds and adorned with unique Oriental decor, dim lighting, and fresh, delectable sushi. Giving guests a taste of the Far East with traditional and contemporary sushi creations, Soy is named after soy sauce, a customary ingredient in the art of sushi. This remarkable sushi house offers exciting flavors and exotic sushi creations made-to-order. Guests can enjoy a nightcap, pre-dinner cocktail, sushi and sake amid the great ambiance of stone statues, pendant lighting, and mahogany furniture.

Discover Diversity. With flavorsome International cuisine, guests from near and far enjoy the decadence of Bayside by day for buffet-style breakfast and lunch; and bask in its outdoor essence with dining by night for an exquisite a la carte dinner. The character of Bayside’s open-air setting is charming, as guests can watch the sailboats passing, indulge in candlelight dinners, see the fiery sunset, or bask in the cool sea breeze. It’s the place to indulge your palate with ever-changing daily buffet themes and plenty of made-to-order options.

The Mariner
Discover the new take on Happy Hour. From the very beginning, The Mariner Seaside Bar & Grill has proven to be something special. A place where guests come for delicious grilled food and a cold one, this beachside bar and grill doesn’t disappoint. Traditional delights like grilled fish and burgers are available alongside French fries, salad, locally-inspired favourites and more. With a laidback vibe characteristic of the Caribbean, this come-and-go grill is good-time fun for everyone.
