Ever-popular with families in the summer and Christmas holidays, St James’s Club has a great sense of seclusion owing to the large property size of 100 acres.  Backing onto verdant hills and overlooking the white sands and palmed stretches of Mamora and Coco beach.  It is a true refuge away from home and a sense of the tropical surroundings is evident wherever you look.  The bays are protected by a reef keeping the waters calm and inviting.

On one beach is a water sports centre with two sunbathing decks stretching out onto the ocean, while on the other you can snorkel the reefs and explore the vibrant and colourful marine life.  There are also 5 freshwater pools as part of the resort.

The activities and facilities are endless at St James’s Club – in addition to the extensive water sports, there is tennis, billiards, a local golf course and a great kids club too.  One thing is guaranteed here, you will be well looked after and have more than enough to keep you occupied.


All the rooms have a distinctive Caribbean feel, with wicker furnishings and terracotta flooring along with a private balcony or terrace.  They have air conditioning units, fans, cable TV, bathrooms with bath/shower combo, hair dryer, safe and telephones.

Beachfront Room
 – With direct access out onto the beach, these rooms are perfect if you want to be go from bed to sand to sea in seconds.

Club Room – Views over the gardens can be enjoyed from the club rooms, and you can really immerse yourself in the natural environment.

Premium Room – From the premium rooms you can enjoy great views over the water and listen to the calming waves of the Caribbean lap at the beach.

Royal Spa Suite – For those seeking a healthy option or a kick start to a new and better lifestyle, there is now a range of spa holidays.  The Spa Suite package includes five 45-minute treatments within a one week a stay, complete with robes and comprehensive spa packs.  The list is extensive and all treatments use Pevonia products.

Royal St James Suite – With fantastic views over Mamora Bay, dedicated check in, concierge, bar and two pools, the royal suites feature a sunken living area, large windows and a private furnished balcony.  The suites are spacious and comfortable with a distinctive Caribbean decor and all the usual high quality amenities and communications.

Two Bedroom Villa – Located in the Village area, the luxurious two bedroom villas have separate bedrooms each with en-suite.  The master bedroom features a king size bed while the second has two twins.

Resturants & Bars

Rainbow Garden – A choice of inside and terrace seating, this restaurant features international cuisine.  Open for breakfast and lunch with buffet and menu options, and in the evening for a la carte dining, as well as gala buffets and live music.  There is an additional children’s menu for lunch and dinner.

Attire: long pants, collared shirts, and closed shoes for men in the evening.

Coco’s Restaurant & Bar – A nautical theme and open-air setting overlooking the beach.  Coco’s offer buffets at breakfast and lunch as well as a la carte.  Open 5 nights a week with themed buffets on three of these and a la carte on the others.  Reservations are required.  Open 11am – 11pm.

Attire: long pants, collared shirts, and closed shoes for men in the evening.

The Docksider – Wood flooring, high ceilings and canopies, all while enjoying the seaside setting and open-air atmosphere.  Candlelit dining and Caribbean style dishes, salads, soups and pastas. A casual ambience is evident.  Open for dinner only and reservations are required.

Attire: long pants, collared shirts, and closed shoes for men in the evening, except for Caribbean buffet night when shorts are acceptable.

Marmora Bay Grill – Serving typical burgers & fried fish.

Piccolo Mondo – Not part of the all-inclusive plan there is a surplus of US$35.  It is a four levelled open-air restaurant sat on the hillside, and encompassing one level of the pool area.  It features a lounge and bar as well as the restaurant, where fine linen, potted plans and intimate oil lamps give a fantastic atmosphere in which to enjoy Mediterranean and Caribbean dishes.  Reservations are required.
