Rooms
The Balcony Suite – With stunning views across the gardens and the sea, as well as the mountains, all while you relax on your oversized balcony. These upper level rooms may as well be the best seats in the house.
The Deluxe Veranda Suite – On the ground floor and boasting a huge veranda with a full set of furnishings, it is more like an open-air living room than anything. Great views out across the gardens and the sea, with great access out onto the beach which is just a stroll away.
The Premier Veranda Suite – With locations right on the beach or the water’s edge, these rooms have large furnished verandas forming an outside living room with great access to the sands and sea where a host of tropical fish are teeming in the waters.
The Cowdray Suite – The room of choice of Lord Cowdray, it features a stunning view across the property grounds with the chance to glimpse a beautiful sunset. With a spacious bedroom and separate dressing room, and the chance to relax on the oversized daybed on the outside veranda.
Blue Cottage – A luxurious one-bedroom cottage right on the beach. It has a furnished veranda offering views out over the beach and is a favourite amongst repeat guests to the hotel.
White Suite – On its own spit of land and furnished with unique Jamaica antique furniture, this suite has a spacious bedroom, sitting area and marble bathroom. With breathtaking views all around to be enjoyed, especially from the private terrace and secluded pool.
Cottages 3 & 4 – Free-standing suites found on a small bluff overlooking the sea, and offering spectacular views. Steps from the main hotel, each features an oversized indoor bathroom as well as outdoor shower and infinity pool just off the bedroom. Both have their own dedicated entrance and a wet bar in the living room.
Jamaica Inn Cottages – Tastefully decorated and situated on a bluff overlooking the sea, you can relax on the outdoor terrace with steps down into the water, or sink into the infinity plunge pool. There are two bedrooms in each cottage and they retain an air of privacy but are only steps from the main hotel.
Cottage 7 – Set aside from the main property, this one-bedroom cottage is set across two floors and has its own pool and access to a private cove. The ground floor has living room and doors leading out onto the infinity pool and wooden sun deck over the sea. There is a wet bar and powder room on the ground floor too. Up the stairs lies the bedroom with its French doors and large balcony, as well as a four-poster bed and lavish en-suite with large tub, twin basins, walk in closet and both indoor and outside showers.
Restaurants & Bars
Breakfast – With the choice of sampling the wide array of breakfast items on the terrace overlooking the sea, or having it cooked to order and served on the veranda of your suite, you have total freedom when it comes to welcoming in the new day. Available 7.30am – 10.30am.
Lunch – With delights ranging from soups and salads through to burgers and anything from the ‘around the world’ section, again you have the choice of locations for lunch – the seaside restaurant, the beach or back in your suite at your leisure. Available 1pm – 2.30pm.
Afternoon tea – Served on the terrace 4pm – 5pm, with an assortment of cakes and snacks.
Cocktails and Hors D’oevures – Great for pre-dinner drinks with a selection of hot and cold hors d’oevures on offer. There is a smart casual dress code after 7pm (long pants and collared shirt for men and appropriate wear for women).
Dinner – The menu changes every night and you have the chance to enjoy the stunning selection of cuisine on offer at Jamaica Inn. You can eat under the stars listening to the sounds of a local band, and on Saturday it is lobster night (only in season). Served on the terrace 7.30pm – 9.30pm. There is a smart casual dress code (long pants and collared shirts for men and appropriate wear for women).
Room Service – A big part of what makes Jamaica Inn unique is the chance to savour the same great food served up in the main terraces and restaurants in the comfort of your own suite or on your private balcony or veranda. Available at a small fee from 7.30am – 11pm, you can experience a made-to-order breakfast, lunch options and dinner served course by course by candlelight.
