Daphne’s – Offering an exquisite dining experience from one of the best restaurants on the island. You can start the day with a champagne breakfast served in a lovely open-air lounge before enjoying cocktails and select menu choices all day from Daphne’s. Made famous by its London counterpart, this is an acclaimed beachfront Italian restaurant. Themed dinners are offered weekly and include a Bajan dinner beach buffet on Tuesdays or a fisherman’s night on Fridays. A great chance to try some new food, and everything has chef Marco Festini Cromer’s delicate touch and flair showcased, combined with the use of fresh ingredients and Barbadian preparation.
