East Winds is a small boutique resort with only a small number of rooms. Most of these are as part of 13 individual cottages with two rooms apiece, as well as three ocean view rooms and a single suite. They are all set amongst lush and verdant grounds and offer their occupants complete privacy in this stunning part of the island. All of the rooms feature a private en-suite with shower, telephone, clock-radio, safe, ceiling fans, tea/coffee making facilities and a stocked mini fridge.

There is a choice of a king size or two twin beds and some Deluxe Rooms have interconnecting doors making them idea for families or groups of friends travelling together.

Superior Cottage – found in the lower gardens close to the pool, beach and public areas, these lovely spacious cottages also feature a walk-in shower with separate powder room, a cosy shaded patio and air-conditioning. They sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Deluxe Cottage – With gingerbread styling, these rooms are in the heart of the gardens with large bathrooms and a stone outside shower. The master bedroom features a super king size bed and a range of upgraded amenities including iPod dock, 39” flat screen TV and a small wet bar on the patio as well as air-conditioning inside. They sleep up to 2 adults and a child.

Ocean View Rooms – Possible through the conversion of a large colonial beach house, these rooms are slightly smaller than the cottages but still feature the same luxurious amenities as well as private decks, a communal lounge and air-conditioning. They sleep up to 2 adults.

The expert culinary team at East Winds Inn are dedicated to preparing a wide range of dishes, all using fresh local ingredients and classic French cooking techniques. From steaks to fresh fish and seafood, all of it can be enjoyed in a lovely ambiance right by the beach, with a different menu presented each night on a rotation basis. The restaurant also plays host to a great bar service offering delicious Caribbean cocktails, fine wines and exquisite champagnes for you to enjoy with your meals.

Flamboyant – Sublime Caribbean cuisine is the name of the game at Flamboyant, and the most modern kitchen set up on the island is totally dedicated to producing dishes that will truly wow you. Even the accompanying sauces and desserts are an inspiration in their own right. The star of the restaurant however is the Steinway and Sons grand piano, which is used for live performances at least three nights a week, with jazz or local bands on other nights.

The restaurant is elegant and simple, with the waves lapping at the sands a short distance away and the stars twinkling above. Such a gorgeous setting and inspiration food have won it many awards over the years in culinary competitions and it is even a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs.

For a more intimate experience, perfect for couples or as meeting places for friends during the evening BBQs, the Palm Beach Gazebos are secluded and surrounded by gorgeous plant life.
