We are thrilled to introduce this fabulous hotel called South Point as something a little different on Antigua. This contemporary Caribbean boutique with chic urban vibe is located in the fashionable Falmouth Harbour. An inspiringly different property in a unique location. True uber-modern living with state of the art kitchens, all directly overlook the dazzling waterfront. The ultimate Antiguan pied-a-terre with calming décor and chic European styling. Falmouth Harbour and its marina, and historic English Harbour close by have a fascinating mix of magnificent mega yachts, sailboats and catamarans and local bars, local restaurants provide a buzzy local vibe … all within walking distance.

For sailing enthusiasts the area is home to four of Antigua’s most popular yachting events and attractions: Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta in mid-April with over 100 beautiful historical yachts, world famous Antigua Sailing Week at the end of April and the Antigua Charter Yacht Show in December. There’s also the Antigua & Barbuda Sport Fishing Tournament in June.

20 One-bedroom Suites and 3 Two-bedroom Penthouse Suites, all with en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lots of living space and large furnished terraces.

1-BED DELUXE SUITES

Each of the open plan 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suites offers a full kitchen, outdoor dining table, sun loungers, an interior lounge, and luxurious en-suite with double basin sinks and a walk-in shower. These rooms can be interconnecting suites with removable balcony dividers. Bedding options include a King Bed or 2 Twin Beds.
Max occupancy for this room is 2 adults or 2 adults sharing with 1 child.

2-BED PENTHOUSE SUITES

The 2-Bedroom Penthouse Suites are also accessed via an external staircase that opens onto a private patio entrance. The suites feature two private en-suite bedrooms, two separate interior lounges, a fully-equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining, in addition to a double balcony. These accommodations are ideal for families or friends traveling together. The furnished roof top balcony includes a love seat and coffee table, 4 sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table with a large sun umbrella. Bedding options include a King Bed or 2 Twin Beds.
Max occupancy for this room is 4 adults or 4 adults sharing with 2 children.

Additional room amenities for both the 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite and 2-Bedroom Penthouse include walk-in closets, top quality bath amenities, high-speed complimentary WIFI, cable TV, and i-Pod docks. Bathrobes and slippers are also provided, as is an umbrella, iron and ironing board. We include complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water. A minibar with other snacks and beverages is available, with items charged as used. The Penthouse Suites also feature espresso makers.

Restaurant

Inspired by Asian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, Maia at South Point offers an eclectic mix of authentic flavours with one thing in common: fresh, high quality ingredients. The menu includes simple, yet skillfully prepared dishes that allow diners to indulge and savour according to taste. In keeping with its cosmopolitan character, Maia at South Point is the perfect combination of international taste and local flavour; farm to table ingredients and locally caught seafood are daily menu staples. The addictive cocktail menu changes seasonally to feature local flavours like sorrel and soursop alongside a carefully curated international wine list. Service throughout the hotel is attentive but unstuffy, in a friendly, relaxed environment.
