Why not try the Mango Tree Restaurant for elegant al fresco dining overlooking a sweeping vista of Petit Piton and the Caribbean Sea. Mango Tree uses only fresh local market ingredients including organic herbs and vegetables grown on the resort property. This fertile former plantation also yields seasonal citrus, mango and breadfruit which are incorporated into the daily menus. Building on authentic St. Lucian dishes from the recipe book of Stonefield Estate Resort founder Anista Brown, the talented culinary team at Mango Tree prepare cuisine that is rooted in local tradition, yet fresh and modern. The rotating dinner menu reflects seasonal variations in local cuisine. A special vegetarian menu is also available.

Each standalone villa at Stonefield Villa Resort is fully air conditioned, and sits within 26 acres of natural, tropical rainforest. It’s here that you can behold breathtaking views of the majestic Piton Mountains and the glistening Caribbean Sea while relaxing in your private plunge pool or lounging in a hammock. Stonefield offers eight different villa styles, including one, two, three and five bedroom accommodation with views of the tropical rainforest, ocean or Pitons. Every villa is air conditioned and includes its own private swimming pool.
