Nestled within an acre of lush tropical gardens in the exclusive Sugar Hill community this luxurious colonial-style five bedroom villa is a true Barbados paradise.

The grand entrance, accessed from the private driveway, features a sweeping marble staircase to the open plan living area. Here, the entertainment centre includes a 42-inch high definition television, a wide range of satellite TV channels and top quality Hi-Fi, with Sonos wireless music system, CD player, iPod link and individually controlled speakers. Three sets of doors open from the living room onto a magnificent covered terrace, with stunning views of the gardens and sparkling Caribbean Sea beyond.

The main villa houses four en suite air-conditioned bedrooms with elegant marble bathrooms, walk-in closets and French doors leading onto an expansive covered patio. The interior furnishings are a blend of modern and plantation-inspired styles, including stand alone dressers and wardrobes, comfortable chaises lounges, and tropical art.

The guest suite on the first floor opens out onto the upper terrace, with easy access to the pool deck below. The ground floor consists of three bedrooms, two with king size beds (which can be converted into twin beds) and a four poster master bedroom, all with French doors onto a spacious covered terrace, pool area and gorgeous gardens. A separate self-contained cottage on the west of the pool deck includes a kitchenette, en suite bedroom and media room with a Smart TV and DVD player. The cottage also has its own separate entrance and private veranda.

Eden is the ideal vacation villa for entertaining and for family holidays. Its fully equipped kitchen leads onto the large upper terrace, where up to 12 people can dine, or relax in comfort. A charming pool-side gazebo offers a more relaxed option for al fresco lunches or sunset cocktails before more formal evening celebrations. The pool terrace is surrounded by beautiful and extensive landscaped gardens, spacious enough to accommodate larger parties or even a small destination wedding.

Guests have exclusive access to Sugar Hill’s Clubhouse and Facilities which include a modern, fully equipped air conditioned gym, 2000 square feet communal pool, restaurant and bar, and four flood-lit, all weather tennis courts. Guests of Eden also have complimentary membership to the exclusive beach club at the nearby Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel. Your membership entitles you to full use of the beach amenities; onsite café, the sun beds, umbrellas, shower, changing facilities, plus rental of the water sports equipment.

Eden has a core team of well-trained and friendly staff including a butler, cook and housekeeper and gardener. A dedicated villa manager will take care of your every need while you enjoy everything Eden has to offer.
