The team at Windjammer Landing in St. Lucia are excited to announce the upcoming completion of some ambitious renovations that have been several years and several million dollars in the making. The Windjammer has always been a staple for families and couples alike looking to experience St. Lucia for the first time, and has earned itself a reputation for wonderful service, comfortable accommodations, and a beautiful location.
The Rennovations
However, refurbishments are never a bad thing, and Windjammer has taken that one step further by revitalizing their lobby and main areas, and building brand new villas on the grounds that reflect the more luxurious side of their brand. The white, geometric pillars and sweeping panes of glass that have become synonymous with the Windjammer name will remain, but will now be joined by the Ocean Pointe Residences; luxurious 2 and 3 bedroom villas, featuring multiple terraces, infinity pools, fully equipped kitchens, and smart technology to bring a modern touch to the classical designs.
The Manor Collection villas have been updated with larger living spaces and in-ground pools, and will soon sit alongside the prestigious Presidential Manor. The lobby areas have been revitalized with modern furniture and chandeliers, greeting guests with a jolt of contemporary flair as they walk in. Their signature restaurant, The Dragonfly, has also been given a sleek new look and feel, and will soon be accompanied by The Perch, a brand new rooftop bar and lounge. A new spa will soon be joining the roster of amenities as well: The Serene Wellness and Spa will create custom tailored wellness and rebalancing programs for guests, and will be the first Medi-Spa on St. Lucia. The traditional white and sea-blue aesthetics of the resort will carry forward into the new builds, reflecting the Caribbean heritage that inspired the design philosophy of the original structures.
