Both comfortable and elegantly furnished, the property offers an excellent standard of accommodation, and there is even a private beach gate leading down the garden and right onto the soft white sands of Paynes Bay beach, where you can take a leisurely stroll or enjoy a spot of snorkelling or swimming.

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, while the master suite is situated on the second floor. All of the bedrooms open up onto spacious balconies facing the ocean.
The master bedroom features a four-poster king size bed, large en-suite with Jacuzzi tub, shower and double vanity units. There is also a dressing area with built-in storage.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have two twin beds and a queen size bed respectively, and their en-suites have shower only and single vanity units.
Communal Areas
Down on the ground floor, there is an adjoining living and dining room, with French doors opening out onto a veranda where there is comfortable seating complete with a wet bar for your convenience, allowing you to mix your own cocktails and enjoy a sundowner. There is a plunge pool outside as well, and in the garden you will find sun loungers and shade for those looking to top up their tan or find themselves engrossed in a good book in a truly tropical setting.
A modern kitchen is fitted with all of the amenities you may need, and is perfect for rustling up your own meals, or if you like the cook/housekeeper will produce some tasty local fare to keep those taste buds tingling.
Staff
The cook/housekeeper can prepare two consecutive meals a day – breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. There is also a gardener and night watchman on the premises.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
The levy on accommodation, collected in resort, will cost between US$2.50 (£1.90) and $17.50 (£14.50 for 5* Hotels) per room per night until VAT doubles to 15% in 2020 as set by Prime Minister of Barbados Mia Mottley.
