The main house at The Ridge features five sea-facing bedrooms. Three are located upstairs, including a spacious master with his and hers ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, with one being wheelchair accessible. An elevator connects the upper floor with the wine cellar. The gingerbread section offers a tucked-away playroom for children and four ground-floor bedrooms as well as a full kitchen, laundry, and living area. The two-bedroom cottage section, steps from Gingerbread, has two private ensuite bedrooms with patios overlooking the Koi pond.

Communal Areas

The Ridge boasts a theatrical courtyard fountain, hidden ethereal gazebos, and a breathtaking ridgefront pool. The sun-kissed open-air deck resembles an upscale outdoor lounge, complete with plush seating and covered areas. Hosting large parties is easy with separate kitchens for poolside dining, an expansive kitchen featuring a commercial walk-in fridge and freezer in the main residence, and a full kitchen in Gingerbread.
