Bedrooms

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished with king-size beds. Two bedrooms on the ground floor offer the option to convert the king to two twin-sized beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. For those seeking the utmost privacy, the primary bedroom and two of the ground-floor bedrooms have their own private terraces, offering a secluded sanctuary within the villa.

Communal Areas

On entering the home, the lobby flows into a vast open-plan living area, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. The large sliding doors allow for endless tropical breezes and views from the spacious terrace, perfect for entertaining and overlooking a 46-foot saltwater swimming pool. This villa offers exceptional culinary amenities, from the main kitchen to the separate chef’s kitchen and staff facilities. As for other amenities, this property has everything you could dream of, including a media room, gym, private office, and a rear lawn with badminton and volleyball nets. Guests can also enjoy al fresco dining with the outdoor kitchen and BBQ.

Staff

The staff are a housekeeper/laundress and a cook who provides two consecutive meals in Winter & Christmas only.
