The Villas at Stonehaven is located a short drive from tennis courts and two 18-hole championship golf courses. Book a boating charter to catch marlin and yellow fin tuna or experience some of the most amazing scuba diving in the world.

The Villas

One Bedroom Luxury Villa- Offering 2,800 square feet of living space, our One Bedroom Luxury Villa opens seamlessly onto a generous, shady verandah with dining and lounging areas and a sundeck with infinity pool.

Two Bedroom Luxury Villa- Our 3,025-square-foot two-bedroom villa features Two Bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Villas are equipped with either 2 king bedrooms (1 on first floor and 1 on ground floor) or 1 twin bedroom & 1 king bedroom. The first floor bedroom features a private ocean view balcony, and the ground floor indoor space opens seamlessly onto a generous shaded verandah with dining and lounging areas, a sundeck with infinity pool.

Three Bedroom Luxury Villa- This villa features 3,592 square feet of living space encompassing 2 king bedrooms (1 on ground floor and 1 on upper floor) and 1 twin bedroom (upper floor). The upper floor bedrooms feature private ocean view balconies and the ground floor bedroom opens onto a generous shaded verandah with dining and lounging areas, a sundeck with infinity pool.

Four Bedroom Luxury Villa- This 3,700-square-foot villa features 2 king bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom – all with ensuite bathrooms. The king and twin bedrooms have ocean views and the single bedroom has a garden view.

The Restaurant and Bar

The Pavilion- Open for lunch and dinner, The Pavilion Restaurant epitomises al fresco tropical dining. Enjoy a candle-lit dinner with your partner and friends while enjoying magnificent ocean views. The restaurant is also ideal for a quick and casual lunch after a morning at the beach or in the pool.

Savour the blend of international and locally inspired fare in a relaxed cool ambience with glorious panoramic ocean views and distant ocean sounds. Freshly caught seafood is always available. Our Food and Beverage Manager is available to suggest the perfect wine pairing for your menu selection.

The Clubhouse- The Clubhouse is where guests meet and mingle. On offer is an extensive range of Caribbean cocktails.  Sip and enjoy a sundowner during Happy Hour (Tuesday to Sunday) or a pre or post-dinner drink on the terrace.
